I build software Australian mortgage brokers actually use.
I'm Nick Clunes. I write and run a small set of lending applications from Newcastle. Brokers, licensees, lenders and aggregators bring me the work their systems cannot do, and I build it the way an in-house developer would.

An in-house developer, not a software house.
I worked inside mortgage broking before I wrote software for it. Every application here started as a job that was costing a broker time or money, often my own. I write the code, I run the releases, and you talk to me rather than an account manager.
No rate card, no sales team, no discovery phase that bills for a document nobody reads.

What I have built and still run.
Six applications, all of them in use. Two have public sites; the rest run inside the businesses they were built for.
